♦ Prices are calculated for Minimum 3 chair and apply to standard-size office chairs in normal condition.

♦ Basic cleaning is intended for dust, hair, crumbs, light dirt and minor surface stains.

♦ Deep cleaning may include shampooing, wet cleaning and controlled extraction, subject to the upholstery material and condition.

♦ Permanent or deep-set stains, ink, paint, rust, dye transfer, heavy oil, pet urine, mould and chemical damage may not be completely removed. Stain removal is not guaranteed.

♦ Fabric upholstery may experience colour bleeding, shrinkage, watermarking or slight texture changes, particularly if the fabric is old, weak, damaged or improperly dyed.

♦ Leather, rexine, mesh, suede, velvet and other delicate materials may require a different cleaning method.

♦ Cracks, peeling, cuts, holes, colour fading, stitching damage, foam damage and structural defects are not repaired under cleaning service.

♦ Chair dismantling, hydraulic repair, wheel replacement, gas-lift repair, armrest repair, stitching, foam replacement and upholstery replacement are not included.

♦ Heavy stains, excessive dirt, mould, damaged upholstery or special treatment may attract additional charges after customer approval.

♦ Wet-cleaned upholstery may remain damp after service and requires adequate ventilation and drying time.

♦ Office chairs will not be shifted from one floor/room to another unless specifically agreed.

♦ Final results depend on the upholstery material, age, previous maintenance and existing condition of the chair.
