PROFESSIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering as a Service Professional with AapniService.com, I hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. I confirm that all information, documents, certificates, and details provided by me are true, accurate, complete, and up to date.
  2. I understand and agree that the cost of Police Verification, Uniform/T-Shirt, Identity Card, Training, and any other onboarding expenses, if applicable, may be recovered by the Company from my earnings or as otherwise communicated.
  3. I agree that AapniService.com shall be entitled to charge a commission/service fee, as determined by the Company from time to time, on each service request, complaint, booking, or job assigned to me.
  4. I shall attend all assigned service requests within the scheduled time accepted by me and perform the services professionally and diligently.
  5. In the event that I am unable to attend a scheduled service request, I shall immediately inform the Company through the App, helpline, or designated communication channel.
  6. Unless specifically authorized by the Company or approved by the customer in writing, I shall perform repairs at the customer’s premises and shall not remove any repairable item from the customer’s location.
  7. I shall provide an appropriate warranty for any spare part replaced by me, in accordance with the Company's warranty policy and applicable service category guidelines.
  8. I shall not demand, solicit, or accept any additional payment, tip, commission, or consideration from the customer beyond the amount authorized by the Company.
  9. I shall update the App and obtain customer approval, where required, before replacing any spare part, component, or accessory not included in the original service scope.
  10. I shall use only genuine, approved, and quality spare parts, materials, and consumables and shall not install counterfeit, substandard, or unauthorized products.
  11. All removed, replaced, or unserviceable components shall be handed over to the customer unless otherwise instructed by the Company or covered under an exchange program.
  12. Any cash payment received from a customer on behalf of the Company shall be deposited into the Company's designated account immediately, and in any case not later than 24 hours from receipt.
  13. I understand and agree that payments due to me shall be released by the Company on a fortnightly basis, subject to deductions, adjustments, customer disputes, refunds, penalties, recoveries, and applicable taxes.
  14. I shall promptly notify the Company of any change in my residential address, contact number, identity documents, bank account details, or other relevant information.
  15. I shall maintain professional behavior with customers and shall not engage in any misconduct, abusive language, harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or actions that may damage the reputation of the Company.
  16. I shall maintain the confidentiality of all customer information and shall not share, misuse, sell, copy, or disclose any customer data, contact details, addresses, or personal information to any third party.
  17. I shall not directly solicit, approach, or provide services to customers introduced through AapniService.com outside the Platform for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the last service request.
  18. I shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, and Company policies while performing services.
  19. I understand that customer complaints, poor service quality, fraudulent activities, repeated cancellations, misconduct, overcharging, or violation of these Terms may result in warnings, penalties, suspension, recovery of losses, withholding of payments, or permanent termination from the Platform.
  20. I shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss, negligence, misconduct, or unauthorized acts committed by me during the performance of services and shall indemnify the Company against any resulting claims, losses, or liabilities.
  21. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, as permitted by applicable law.
  22. The Company shall have the right to impose penalties, recover losses, suspend services, withhold payments, deactivate accounts, or take any other appropriate action if I fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  23. I acknowledge that I am engaged as an independent service professional/partner and nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.
  24. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
  25. Mandatory Use of the Platform: All service requests, job updates, quotations, spare part approvals, service completion reports, customer feedback, and payment-related activities must be processed through the AapniService.com application or other Company-approved platforms. Professionals shall not bypass the Platform for any transaction related to customers acquired through the Company.
  26. Uniform, Grooming, and Professional Conduct: While providing services, the Professional shall wear the prescribed Company uniform, identity card, and maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and professional behavior. The Professional shall treat customers respectfully and shall not engage in any conduct that may harm the reputation of the Company.
  27. Prohibition on Misconduct: The Professional shall not engage in harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, intoxication, smoking, consumption of alcohol or drugs, threatening conduct, inappropriate communication, or any unlawful activity while performing services. Any such conduct may result in immediate termination and legal action.
  28. Recovery of Customer Compensation: Where a customer is compensated by the Company due to negligence, misconduct, poor workmanship, unauthorized acts, property damage, or breach of these Terms by the Professional, the Company shall have the right to recover the compensation amount, investigation costs, legal expenses, and associated losses from the Professional's earnings or otherwise.
  1. Damage to Customer Property: The Professional shall immediately report any accidental damage to customer property. The Professional shall remain responsible for damages caused by negligence, misconduct, improper handling, or unauthorized actions during service delivery.

I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them at all times.
