♦ The displayed standard rates apply to normal synthetic, nylon, polyester and similar machine-made carpets/rugs.
♦ Wool, shaggy/high-pile, Persian, Oriental, handmade, hand-knotted, antique and delicate rugs may require special treatment and additional charges.
♦ Permanent or deep-set stains, ink, paint, rust, dye transfer, heavy oil, pet urine, mould, burn marks and chemical damage may not be completely removed. Stain removal is not guaranteed.
♦ Colour bleeding, shrinkage, watermarking, texture change or fibre damage may occur in old, weak, damaged or improperly dyed carpets/rugs.
♦ Deep cleaning involves controlled moisture, shampooing and/or extraction where suitable. The carpet/rug may remain damp after cleaning and requires adequate ventilation and drying time.
♦ Delicate, antique, expensive or handmade rugs may require dry cleaning or specialist treatment. AapniService may decline wet cleaning where it could risk damage.
♦ Carpet/rug repair, stitching, binding, fringe repair, colour restoration, recolouring and fibre replacement are not included.
♦ Heavy mould, excessive dirt, strong odour, pet contamination or special stain treatment may attract additional charges after customer approval.
♦ Furniture shifting is not included unless specifically agreed.
♦ The final result depends on the material, age, previous treatment, construction and existing condition of the carpet/rug.
♦ Customer approval may be required before applying any special cleaning chemical or treatment.
